Small and real beats big and imaginary. Pick a problem you personally have, scope it to days not months, and ship something that works — no-code, low-code, or code, your choice.

Risks and guardrails

Scoping too big and shipping nothing.
Guardrail: The tool must be usable within the mission's estimated time. Cut features until it is.

Evidence

The tool (or a walkthrough of it) plus the evaluation note, built on public or synthetic data only.

Evidence is private by default. You choose if it ever becomes anything else — and that choice requires your explicit consent.

Success criteria

The tool runs end to end on real input.
At least five test runs are documented, including two failures.
The evaluation note states honestly what it cannot do.
No private data or credentials appear anywhere in the artifact.
